Local + Global

Decades of community outreach + investing in global missions.

Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.

- John Wesley, Founder of Methodism

#FORAIEA

For over 120 years, our church ohana has come together to care for both Aiea, and our island-wide community.

We partner with local organizations that align with our church's values: 1.) Providing for the less fortunate, 2.) caring for our kupuna, and 3.) our community's keiki. We then provide financial support and various resources throughout the year so that they can continue make an impact in the world around us.

Shown on Left: AUMC's church members and families help distribute gifts to our annual Kahauiki Villiage toy drive and help celebrate AUMC in the community's annual Christmas Parade.

We regularly partner with:

We also participate, primarily with financial assistance, in the United Methodist California-Pacific Conference (Cal-Pac) projects that promote peace, justice, education, and tolerance.

We contribute the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), which responds to natural and man-made disasters all over the world. Every penny of every donation goes directly to help the victims.

ULTIMATELY, WE GROW BY HAVING A PURPOSE AND A CAUSE THAT ARE BIGGER THAN OURSELVES. WE GROW BY BEING PART OF A TEAM THAT IS SERVING OTHERS.
